Apparently the Zeitgeist Movement is sore after the recent collapse of Zeitgeist Movements activism of the Venus Project. The Venus Project and its creator, Jacque Fresco have gone on attack mode exposing Peter Joseph as ignorant and a cult personality. The personality cults of Peter Joseph and Jacque Fresco split over money fights and very nasty public conversations that are all over youtube. In a nutshell, the Zeitgeist Movement have made movies and have spent years promoting a system (Venus Project) that has in fact declared Zeitgeist Movement utterly pointless and its members as nothing more than demented zombie followers of Peter Joseph. I honestly thought you were doing satire here until I saw the website (http://zeitgeistbeyondthepale.com). Then again, with this crowd, how do you distinguish parody from reality? Judging from the description, it appears PJM will be moving back to more along the conspiracy theory lines from the first film. The whole fascination with TVP may be a thing of the past written out of their existence like that disastrous season in the TV show Dallas they pretended was just a dream of one of the characters. The problem is he told his followers TVP was the answer and some bought it and won’t be eager to jump on a different bandwagon. Someone needs to tell Peter the bell just rang and his fifteen minutes are up.

If you were stranded on an island, the most responsible thing to do, would be to access the materials available on the island, the people who currently are stranded, and plan from there.
The current humans on this planet cannot even begin an accurate assessment yet.
Since this site appears to be against the works of a cybernated resource based economy, what is your more logical approach to preventing the overconsumption of resources on this planet?

Somewhere on this site there is a post giving the top 10 lame mantras by Zeitgeist followers and you just gave one: what’s your solution? You have assumed everyone must agree with the premises of TZM – a highly dubious claim – and then complain that we have no answer to these problems. Even if everyone agreed on the issues, it does not mean we cannot note the solution by TZM is nonsense. Assessments are still done by people, not computers, since the computed assessment is based on an algorithm of human design, and as such is subject to the same inherent flaws as any top-down effort. TZM is just one of many inherently flawed attempts at collectivization and would result in widespread famine and suffering for the same reasons – it is not responsive to organic concerns and thinking outside its own blueprint. What happens to those who refuse to live in your ringed cities or decide to create their own wealth through their own bartering and use of non-approved resource allocation? The answer would be the same as in any collectivist schema: you punish them for their creativity.

You call people who disagree with you conditioned, yet I say that everybody is conditioned to the full extent. There are many things with PJ and Co that do not add up mathematically. Z1 was built on a fallacious argument and is widely debunked by several sources. You say that James and Mario and whoever are conditioned and therefore right, what if they simply have done enough homework to realize that TZM is based off a false assumption. You speak of Peter like he is jesus. Thats classic cultlike language you’re using fyi which completely ruins any point you were trying to make David.

Hey Zeus — This is one contemptuous website. Where’s the love? Where’s the respect? What is wrong with basic history lessons and future options? I say live in the here and now. Nothing more or less. There’s much to do right now that is up to date (tech-wise) and will help future generations (sorry, no time machine available to move backward and fix a million ills caused by the powers that be). But by gleaning what is good from Joseph, Fresco, Mallette, Et.Al. and looking around you, you might find that Humans and Resources are all we have. To HELL with money, banking and religion. your reply ” yet I say that everybody is conditioned ” is a statement from your conditioning. face it man, you’ve accumulated so much experience. given so much of your “time” to things in your life that when things move or change it threatin your postion. you’ve worked so many hours gathering information that you can’t see beyhond your little keyhole of “me”. i’ am conditioned, grew up with an environment just like you and evrybody else, but man who merely say’s he is conditioned know’s too much, a man who realizes his conditioning and see’s actuallity not just judgeing ,analyzing acording to his own tradtion but seeing the observer as the obsevered know’s nothing. and in that space of nothingness truth manifiest itself, without compulsion. and you speak of your opinion as absolute but it is as ficticious as the concept of God.
