Earth To PJ Merola [Catch Up Edition]

I would like to thank James Kush for inviting me as an author here, I didn’t feel like posting much anymore on my site since I thought the Zeitgeist Movement wasn’t going anywhere, but since I missed the last two shows from PJ Merola, I thought it would be nice to catch everyone up to speed like I usually do and if I have anything else to comment on, I’ll probably post here. So lets begin from the unreleased drafts.

Aug. 17th:

The Zeitgeist Movement failed moving to TalkShoe for whatever reason and started doing shows again on BlogTalkRadio, I don’t blame them, those damn advertisements get on my nerves too, but we’ll both have to put up with it.

Peter Joseph Merola states that he had to move due to the rent being jacked up, I guess that means he’s not selling as much DVDs like he use too or maybe he just wants to be a movie star in Hollywood, maybe it’s both. This is probably obvious from where he’s been giving lectures at recently.

Peter Joseph Merola will be doing another Townhall meeting late of this month. I ignored his first one, the 2nd one and will more likely ignore this one and other ones as well in the future. Maybe if he stops doing them completely after people just stop showing up to them, I might give some time to them, until then, I won’t. I do give time to material that I haven’t yet looked at when someone from TZM points something to me, so for those who say I need to do research, you should think about what Jacque Fresco said first about the Zeitgeist Movement.

Peter Joseph Merola expects raise about 2,000 pounds of food from the Zeitgeist Media Festival in it’s main event, and to sell out, but I doubt that will happen. Yeah.. Peter Joseph Merola says TZM is not purely about RBE, but just about changing people’s values.

There will be an official Zeitgeist Movement blogsite to battle our sites, he’s too stressed out now from the criticism I guess, he also states that everyone should creates youtube channels and wordpress accounts to counter everything negative that is said. Even your own newsletter and radio shows is great to do he said. Even tho I’m sure many members of the Zeitgeist Movement have already done this, it’s just funny to see him panic and actually give that advice to his listeners.

Peter Joseph Merola says there’s no such thing as a Zeitgeist Movement member as he tries to explain how TZM members should define themselves after the Venus Project left them. He gives instructions to new members on how to be a member when saying already that there’s no such thing as one to review all the material and email the international Coordinator, Gilbert Ismail aka Salsa Dancer on how to join a Chapter or make one and be a coordinator and learn how to obey. Also, he says the Zeitgeist Movement is irrelevant as well and continues to confuse his listeners.

Peter Joseph Merola says that he will not begin to think about recruiting scientists and engineers until TZM can change everyone’s values, whatever that is after stating he realizes there are personality conflicts going inside the movement, he wants to change people’s values, but refuse to fix his own problems internally.

As Peter Joseph Merola complains about capitalism with different type of cell phones, being open-source while currently using proprietary communication services, admitting there will be techno-authority [technocracy] when the former spokesman of the Venus Project calls it “anarcho-virtualism” and tries to say how RBE won’t be like Soviet Union while admitting a Resource-Based Economy is a “planned economy” and telling people to watch Psywars.

Q&A:

Question 1: What do you think about the Zeitgeist indie Fest ?

Peter Joseph Merola: Create our own film festivals ? As long as I get another award and beat you all, I don’t mind.

Question 2: What about that non-profit thing you talked about ?

Peter Joseph Merola: Oh that’s that think tank I was boring people with, no, it won’t be called Earth 2 Venus no more, I think you no why.

Question 3: What’s going on with Z4 ?

Peter Joseph Merola: Well it’s about human evolution and there will be a new female hero, Tanktop had his 15 minutes of fame.

Question 4: Will you change the name of the movement ?

Peter Joseph Merola: No and the movies are not the movement.

Question 5: Will there be anymore celebs in the Zeitgeist Media Festival ?

Peter Joseph Merola: No, we’re booked even tho more celebs keep begging to perform at my festival.

Question 6: How will morals be considered according to the Scientific Method ?

Peter Joseph Merola: Nuclear war will still be immoral you nutbar.

Question 7: How do we deal with trolls and the defenders of the status quo ?

Peter Joseph Merola: It’s up to you if you want to entertain the circus or not.

Question 8: Does Open-Source rock ?

Peter Joseph Merola: Except Wikipedia, those trolls keep exposing me from time to time there.

Peter Joseph Merola: Your question was too long, actually, it wasn’t a question and I told you all to make your post at maximum a paragraph long, I think I should ban people for disrespecting me like this.

Question 10: What about writing something about the state of marginalization ?

Peter Joseph Merola: I already went over this really by complaining about the Circus.

Question 11: I’m getting tired of these mind blocks when people watch ZMF, what can I do ?

Peter Joseph Merola: Make a list of points and read it to them.

Question 12: What do you say to people that think the split between TVP & TZM damage our image ?

Peter Joseph Merola: I don’t care what others think, there’s no Peter Joseph, I don’t exist.

Question 13: Where can I post suggestions ?

Peter Joseph Merola: The forum, but that may be gone soon.

Peter Joseph Merola: I won’t address this because I don’t know who you are talking about.

Question 15: What can we do on a local level ?

Peter Joseph Merola: Do Townhall meetings, even if 5 people show up and upload it on youtube.

Sept. 7th:

Days before the Zeitgeist Media Festival, he covers various subjects. Peter Joseph Merola goes over how the website will have a facelift, but it looks like the Venus Project beat them when it comes to the redesigning competition. It seems that he has finally decided to take down the forum of his website as many people [myself included] have been bashing them for months, if not years about the stupid things they say. But the moderators will no longer be moderators, but kept as admins to keep the website as informative as possible when it comes to the news, newsletters, mailing lists, Townhall updates, etc. But no worries, you can go on Chapter websites and still bash the Zeitgeist Movement on the forums there, if you actually find any activity going on inside them, which in most cases, you won’t. As he states this, he encourages people to go on other forums and use social networks to annoy people. Then he mentions that many US sites recently went down and worries about a unified website having the vulnerability to have all the Chapter websites being taken down at the same time. As he is beside himself, we may be just talking and may not do anything, even tho many want a new website, he will have the last word on what happens, because he is the leader.

Then he talks about the Townhall meetings he stated in Los Angeles that it reached up to 200 people at “certain points” ? That’s not what it says here:

You can say that with the events combined, you would get 200 bookings or booked spaces in all, but surely, most of those people were probably the same people that showed up before and as you look at the monthly events, the numbers for both “bookings” and “booked spaces” decrease and promises that trend for this month and the next.

Global Redesign Institute, his next idea is mentioned, as he wants to create the ultimate think tank since the Project forums have stopped being used and no one talks about doing anything transitional. But this will be an online Wiki approach, again.

Peter Joseph Merola says that the Orientation Guide will be reduced by 60%, I guess this will be done to take out all the Venus Project material and images out of it and be recreated without them being mentioned, perhaps even recreating the video for it as well. But he says he was surprised how accurate it was regarding to “technological unemployment” and so on, but admits to not talking about the energy issues. This will probably be a good time to download the original pdf file now while you can.

Peter Joseph Merola rambles on about Politics and says that if everyone joined the Zeitgeist Movement, everything would be changed, it’s a strange thing to say when TZM already has over 500,000 people and they have done nothing yet.

Peter Joseph Merola talks about Cointelpro, he doesn’t come out and say bloggers and video makers are paid to criticize TZM, no, but he has on his forum before:

“My point is: Who gives a shit. Keep moving forward and stop paying attention to these trolls. Remember, they have a job to do and will seek anything to exploit. So the more you all talk about it, the more they get paid and have to run with. (yes, I have inside info that the major trolls are paid to do what they do… which explains why they are able to blog everyday, monitoring almost everything from this Forum to our Facebook pages to Youtube. It is nothing new. Just watch. Every word I say here will end up twisted on one of the blogs. Timing tests have been run by a few of us to see how fast these guys can catch things that are posted and removed and they seem to be working almost in real time… meaning there are likely many of them working in shifts, hiding behind one name/blog.)“

Many already have acted as if he never said this or something like this and people think that Peter Joseph Merola is always at his rational mind, but he is not. As he said on his forum as well, he repeats, if you can’t handle the pressure, then you shouldn’t be in the Zeitgeist Movement.

He encourages people to go to their local Zeitgeist Media Circus which is probably going to flop. In the mean time, if you’re on the forums and want to talk about 9/11, prepare for those threads to disappear, because if you talk about that, then the Zeitgeist Media Circus will not be a success, so cut that out.

Q&A:

Question 1: Will sharing other ideas help spread awareness faster ?

Peter Joseph Merola: Since we are no longer with the Venus Project, yes, lets share ideas now. COMMON HERITAGE!

Question 2: Is it okay to link people to the Zeitgeist Movement in other places ?

Peter Joseph Merola: Anything that will help the Alexa ratings.

Question 3: Why are people lazy and won’t be lazy in a RBE ?

Peter Joseph Merola: Interesting question, well, see, today, when you go to work, you’re clocking into a dictatorship, so in a RBE, such things won’t exist.

Question 4: Will the Zeitgeist Movement have a violent revolution against the evil CEOs ?

Peter Joseph Merola: NO! Don’t make me repeat “non violence” a thousand times.

Question 5: Will we continue to compromise with those when it comes to facts and opinions ?

Peter Joseph Merola: No we won’t, we’re right and everyone is wrong, we have the scientific method on our side, oh wait, that won’t work if we’re suppose to share ideas with everyone else and be open minded.

Question 6: How do we stop the 1% now and in a RBE ?

Peter Joseph Merola: In the transition, the elite will be on our side, ignore those when critics say that the power of control will shift in different people’s hands. The system is the safeguard, but it’s not an utopia.

Question 7: How do we get people to see the 3rd World more in order the see more activism ?

Peter Joseph Merola: Pass out DVDs.

Question 8: Do you think local community meetings or global media be more effective activism ?

Peter Joseph Merola: Do what you can in your comfort zone.

Question 9: Which is better, studying social behavior or technology to better understand and talk about a RBE ?

Peter Joseph Merola: Social behavior, we have to change the values of everyone, we must get people to be perfect like us. For the record, Steven Pinker sucks and doesn’t know what he is talking about.

Question 10: How about some TZM counseling ?

Peter Joseph Merola: Brilliant idea, check out our Nickelodeon program, we love brainwashing kids, I mean, working with kids.

Question 11: What do you think about Anonymous ?

Peter Joseph Merola: Anonymous doesn’t provide solutions and when they say “we never forget, we never forgive”, they demonstrate poor values, I love their actions and most of them are in support of us, I think, I hope, and I don’t know what to do with them.

Question 12: What do you think about CollapseNet ?

Peter Joseph Merola: Michael Ruppert is great, you know why ? Because I was on his show.

Question 13: What do you think about Singularity ?

Peter Joseph Merola: When you wear glasses, you’re engaging into transhumanism and robots are phasing out labor.

Question 14: What about ZDAY Madison Square Garden 2012 ?

Peter Joseph Merola: I promised this back in 2009.. well, lets see if the Zeitgeist Media Festival is a success first, I don’t like wasting money.

Question 15: What about a film towards the military ?

Peter Joseph Merola: I thought about it along with some other ideas, about exposing advertising too, and the Zeitgeist series will continue, the 4th one will be a part two of Zeitgeist: Moving Forward and the fifth film will be about what a RBE will be like and these films will be done all before the Venus Project ever get their motion picture film accomplished and viewed by the public, you know what, I don’t feel like talking about that conflict all over again.

Oct. 5th:

NEW! NO DRAMATIC MUSIC!!

Peter Joseph Merola is heading to New York to speak with those protesting against Wall Street, in two weeks, and says he will be educating the protesters, how insulting can you be ? This is before he brings on the organizers to talk to. He says he’ll be creating pamphlets and a big banner that says something like “Dear 99%, what did you expect ?” and he says he will be prepared for people to get upset with him. Great strategy.

Then he rambles on and says that he will be speaking at the “Leaders Causing Leader” event on Saturday proving to us finally that the Zeitgeist Movement is leaderless, sadly they will allow him to be a speaker when they were warned about his cult. But probably they accepted him because he won’t be talking about the Zeitgeist Movement, instead, he’ll be talking about values, talking about how to put people in “fetal positions” and some other bullshit. Hopefully this will all be recorded, if not caught live somewhere. He also tells his listeners to not show up because I guess he thinks they will embarrass him and a ticket to the event to get in is $200 he says.

The new site is coming soon and new blog site is coming too, so if you want to pull anything from the forum, you better to do it now. When that happens, the Zeitard list will go down. The members now are starting to mourn as you read.

Zeitgeist Day 2012 will probably be in Vancouver Canada, he thought about Europe, but that probably won’t happen. Also, no Madison Garden, the disappointment will come again.

Zeitgeist Media Festival, he brags about this and mentions taking big financial hits and says a lot of food was raised and he made a lot of a connections, but really, I think we all know how much that failed, globally. As a matter of fact, the well known Zeitard ‘Voice of Reason’ has tried to say that 3,500 people showed to the LA event alone, then after emailing Peter Joseph Merola and getting a response back, that he deleted, he said it was 600 people, and the back and forth was amusing and Jim Jesus explains the rest here and here’s a funny video to conclude the debate. But Peter Joseph Merola says mp3 is coming soon with a massive torrent of the event. He stated that the previews released wasn’t really good.

Peter Joseph Merola was asked about releasing extended footage from Zeitgeist: Moving Forward and he said he has about over 20 hours of leftover footage from the film, but states that he wants to continue releasing extended footage from Zeitgeist: Addendum saying that his best interview with Jacque Fresco was from the one recorded to make that film, the first time he went to Venus, Florida. I’m peronally not interested in these extended films, I’m more interested in the source guides for the second and third film.

Peter Joseph Merola states that the Orientation material is being worked on, he probably feels more rushed to do that now since Jim Jesus caught him quote mining and is thankful for the split between TZM and TVP because he says people can now follow the train of thought easier without the Venus Project, if that made sense and he shows how bitter he still about them and mentioned that he was contacted by the president of the Buckminister Fuller Institute. Is he bullshitting ? I don’t know. I wonder how Jacque Fresco and Roxanne Meadows feel and Peter Joseph Merola says Fuller is better than Jacque and now states that he doesn’t know if Jacque borrowed from him when before he said something like who cares.

As Peter Joseph Merola is trying to connect with the guests, he tries to take some questions on BlogTalkRadio and finally gets Brian Phillips on. As Peter Joseph Merola is interviewing him, he doesn’t seem to be paying much attention and admits he has to do research on the Zeitgeist Movement when questioned if he knows anything about it. Then he brings on Dennis Trainor, Jr comes on after Peter Joseph Merola didn’t like Brian’s response. Interesting enough, Brian said he thought about buying land himself as he fears things being more terrible and Peter Joseph Merola says he thinking about having a dual citizenship, but says he’s not thinking about escaping from anything. Peter Joseph Merola tries to plug in his latest film to Dennis and Brian and they didn’t seem to care about it either as he tried to get them to accept his “train of thought”. I’m starting to think these two heard the shit he was saying in the beginning of the broadcast being arrogant as usual. Peter Joseph Merola says that even if the Zeitgeist Movement isn’t a protesting one, he says do whatever it takes to help the “transition” that Zeitards think Peter Joseph Merola gave the prophecy too.

Q&A: I did my best with the questions as Peter Joseph Merola was answering questions back and forth before and after the guests came on.

Question 1: What about people that like volunteer to do such things like taking care of the elderly ? Automation can’t do that.

Peter Joseph Merola: Good question, look, I said that 75 percent jobs can be eliminated by today’s technology, so that falls in the 25 percent.

Question 2: Should we eat meat ?

Peter Joseph Merola: Jacque Fresco says that we’ll have technology that will produce food and we won’t have to kill anymore animals.

Question 3: What’s Jacque doing ?

Peter Joseph Merola: He makes videos still, but I’m sure it’s great if you feel like wasting your time.

Question 4: What do you think about Scott Keller ?

Peter Joseph Merola: I don’t know anything about him.

Question 5: If we get interviewed by media, what should we say ?

Peter Joseph Merola: Avoid the human nature argument, anything but that, oh, read the book “Flat Land”.

Question 6: Have you watched Century of Self ?

Peter Joseph Merola: Yes, I almost interviewed that guy who made that film.

Question 7: Outsourcing or Technological Unemployment ? What’s really going on ?

Peter Joseph Merola: Outsourcing means nothing.

Question 8: Is Malibu or Hawaii a RBE ? What if I want to live near the sea ?

Peter Joseph Merola: Not everyone is like that, but I realize there will always be scarcity of some kind and I will find out the hard way that a RBE won’t work, hopefully every house is like a hotel and there will be that kind of flexibility. If you want more property, then that’s a form of violence. So if you’re rich, you’re just violent.

Question 9: Will people know how to act ?

Peter Joseph Merola: Religion is control, lets create thinkers.

Question 10: How do you get people’s interest ?

Peter Joseph Merola: Piss people off. I might be in VTV’s troll documentary.

Question 11: How long will the global revolution take ?

Peter Joseph Merola: I don’t know, I’m not such a trend expert after all.

Question 12: What about a rapid civil disobedience ?

Peter Joseph Merola: That may happen before TZM does anything.
